The hydraulic transmission system is mainly composed of 5 parts.
1. power element
The power element is an energy conversion device that converts the mechanical energy input from the original motive into the oil pressure energy. Its function is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system. The power components are all kinds of hydraulic pumps.
2. actuating element
The actuating element is an energy conversion device that converts the pressure of the oil to the mechanical energy. Its function is to output force and speed (straight motion), or torque and speed (rotary motion) under the pressure of oil. These components include all kinds of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.
3. control regulator
The control and adjustment elements are used to control or adjust the pressure, flow and direction of the oil in the hydraulic system to ensure the actuating components to complete the expected work. These components mainly include a variety of relief valves, throttle valves, and reversing valves. The different combinations of these components form a hydraulic transmission system with different functions.
4. auxiliary components
Auxiliary components are oil tank, oil pipe, tubing joint, accumulator, oil filter, pressure gauge, flow meter and all kinds of sealing elements. These components play the role of heat dissipation, oil storage, oil transportation, connection, energy storage, filtration, pressure measurement, flow measurement and sealing. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, these components are indispensable components of the hydraulic system.
5. working medium
The working medium plays the role of motion, power and signal in the hydraulic transmission and control. T is used as a medium for hydraulic oil or other synthetic liquids.
